Harri Ketamo will join the discussion about hidden competence in Sitra's webinar on 6 September
As part of the Reveal your skills week program, Sitra arranges a webinar (in Finnish) to hear the perspectives of three experts, on how to make the skills that are constantly accumulating at work and in free time visible. Competence identification practices in Finland are at a fairly good level when it comes to the formal education system. However, the challenges are increasing when it comes to making visible the knowledge accumulated at work and in leisure time.
