The challenge
When a YTK member loses their job, the next step is often unclear: experience can be hard to describe in a way employers recognise, and relevant vacancies are scattered across multiple sources. Members need a simple way to see which jobs fit their background and what could broaden their opportunities.
What Headai built
Headai built a Skills Intelligence–based job recommendation engine inside YTK’s member portal, Sytyke. It turns each member’s CV and work history into explainable matches with live job listings from multiple sources, showing the skills behind each match and those that could expand future options.
The service was delivered with EU AI Act high-risk classification requirements addressed in the service agreement, with Solita delivering the user interface.

Questions it answers
Which open jobs match my experience and current skills?
Why does this role fit me?
Which skills from my work history are relevant but may be missing from my CV?
What skills would open up more opportunities for me?
Which jobs could I realistically consider next?
Impact
Members now have a clearer, more actionable view of their next steps: relevant opportunities, the reasoning behind each recommendation and practical ways to widen their search.
The solution moved from pilot to full production in March 2026. It reached more than 1,500 unique users in January 2026 alone, with usage increasing after targeted member communications. In user testing, members described the experience as impactful; several called it a “wow moment”.
